Red Wings have a mix of a time lapse video and wide bowl shot from their playoff opener last night.
When I’ve been to the Joe for playoff games, they’ve always been very theatrical with the scoreboard (it kinda sucks) being almost secondary. Looks like the trend continues here, andit looks similar to what we’ve seen in the past.
Would have liked to seen the scoreboard video though, maybe tomorrow they post it.

The most awesome 30 seconds of video that I’ve seen this week.
Just a great spot from start to finish. I’m not a wrestling fanatic by any means but Ric Flair is just one of those guys that transcends his profession. I still have memories of watching Gordon Solie hosting Georgia Championship Wrestling on TBS when I was a kid.
North Carolina has Ric Flair, and we in Pennsylvania have…..Gus.

Apple just announced that Final Cut Pro is getting a “rebuilt from the ground up, new release”.

10:24: Magnetic timeline. If you slide a clip down the timeline, long clips (i.e., secondary audio) won’t collide with other clips. The other clips will drop down to a new drag and nothing is pushed out of sync.
And the crowd goes wild. My #1 annoyance of old FCP.
No release date yet, but there will be one billion articles on this by tomorrow AM, I’m sure.
Really debated going to NAB this year, but needed to buy a camera rig instead. Would have been fun to be there, though.
